OVERALL:
A subtle pepper aroma upon opening. Eight fish to the tin with two large peppers, the largest I've come across in a tin. A firm-textured fish, the cayenne flavor hits you on the first bite, followed by a salty aftertaste. A nice heat throughout the fish. This tin screams beer... This tin needs to pair with a beer. The saltiness and flavor of the fish remind me of country ham. No strong flavors or after. A salty tin. 4  sardines.
