OVER ALL:
A subtle pepper aroma upon opening. Eight fish to the tin with two large peppers, largest I've came across in a tin. A firm textured fish, cayenne flavor hits you on first bite; followed by a salty aftertaste. A nice heat throughout the fish. This tin screams beer... This tin needs to paired with a beer. The saltiness and flavor of the fish, reminds me of country ham. No strong flavors or after. A salty tin. 4  sardines.
