Some nice kosher sardines even come with the name of the Rabbi who blessed them. ( I won't mention his name; he may take offense to being on here with these other sardines. LOL) Five medium-sized sardines, Some still possessed their scales. A very soft, dry fish. Tomato sauce is not bitter at all, nor does it overpower the fish. A very mild-tasting fish with no fishy aftertaste. One of the better tomato sauce brands I 'v had. Would eat again. 4 sardines

  OVERALL:
There is no strong aroma upon opening, six and a half sardines to the tin, patches of scales on the fish and in the tin. No aftertaste. A pleasant heat to this tin. The fish does fall apart on trying to remove it from the tin; the fish has a unique but good texture. I would eat again. 4 1/2 sardines.
